Everyday I receive enquiries from my friends and subscribers on how to do certain tasks like zipping up a file, how to upload files, how to do screen shot… etc…

To me, all these are so easy to do but to those who are new to computer, it can be a damn difficult task. (Especially if you only use your computer once or twice a month).
