My First Virgin Trip To Korea!
Posted by: | CommentsNow that I am done with all the celebration for the last 3 months. (My ROM, Christmas, New Year, my customary wedding, Chinese New Year)
It’s time to go for my first holiday of the year.
I just collected my 8 Days e-ticket to Korea.
I will be leaving next Tuesday and this will be my first virgin trip to Korea.
The land of K-Pop.
Looking forward to it…
The Best Wedding of The Year
Posted by: | Comments
I’ve to warn you… my first post of the year is going to be quite a long one.
If you stay to read on, you’ll understand why I’m so excited to share my happiness with you.
And I assure you that there’s lots of valuable tips packed in this blogpost.
So, as you probably know… it’s been a week since my wedding banquet.
But somehow, it feels as though everything just happened yesterday.
I still get excited every time I think about it before going to bed.
It certainly was a wedding like no other.
All the guest were seated at their table in the ballroom anticipating the arrival of the bride and groom.
But everyone soon became bewildered when the banquet commenced with a rather odd message that appeared on the projector screen.
It read, “We are sorry to announce that the wedding banquet is cancelled because the Bride and Groom have met with some unforeseen circumstances and are not able to make it on time. However, the banquet will still carry on and we would like you to watch a short video clip of the wedding ceremony that managed to take place earlier today… We hope you enjoy your dinner.”
Highlights of Year 2011 And What’s New For 2012
Posted by: | CommentsOver the past few days, things had really been hectic… with the wedding banquet that’s coming up in January and among other things . It’s really challenging but definitely worth it.
Luckily, I’ve managed to find some time for myself and finally get to relax on my favorite chair…
And guess who I thought of?
You! – My readers.
Just before I get interrupted again with something just as important, I want to spend some time to give you an update about what has happened in the year 2011 and my goals for the new year… 2012.
Here are some of the breakthroughs I had for this year.
A 2 year old company that I set up is currently running at close to $900,000 sales a year.
If you consider the full affiliate sales that we generated the sales figure should be somewhere close to 1.2 million.
(Sorry that I can’t show any screenshot as my top accountant advise that I should not show my sales statistic online since I am not a listed company yet… Haha : )

The Rumors Are True…
Posted by: | CommentsYes! They are right. Many people have been speculating that they have been seeing me drive a brand new black BMW.
Yes, the rumors are right. I have in fact got myself a brand new BMW 2 months ago…. But these things don’t just fall into my lap.
One thing I’m truly sick of seeing is the amount of individuals looking to get rich fast.
Many of them would state they were told if they bought internet marketing software or a “system” that asked for NO work on their part, they could make a fortune and buy a car like mine.
Anyone that believes they can get wealthy without working first is just wrong!
These myths are giving marketing companies or individuals a bad name.
As any marketer worth anything at all recognizes, internet marketing demands establishing relationships.
That isn’t to say that a few people might use a marketing “system” to set some visits to their websites, however the chances of any long-term loyalty without establishing a relationship with those people is extremely unlikely.
As an internet marketer I’m again not telling you to stop trying to be a guru in your field, I’m simply saying to prioritize what you truly want in life.
I learn sewing in class
Posted by: | CommentsAs you know, I used to work as a Fashion Designer and one of the thing that I need to do is to learn how to sew cloth samples.
I still remember when I was in school…
I first stepped into the sewing room for lessons and I was really nervous.
I had never even sewn anything in my life and I certainly had never created a dress from scratch.
I could see that that I was going to have a hard time learning how to sew, unlike those girls who took sewing lessons in secondary school before.
Big Lessons From My Childhood

Life wasn’t also so good when I was young. My parents are always busy working earning a living.
My parents had to ask my mother’s mother (grandmother) to take care of us a lot of the time.
We spent a lot of time with her and we are very close to her. There are lessons she taught me that I’d like to share with you.
I’ve lived by these and still live by these principles (even at times when my dream seemed smashed and my hope was very low), and have applied them in every area of my personal and business life.
I can tell you that they WILL work!
You must have a vision for the future that will captivate your entire heart and at the richest level, your spirit and soul.
Unfold your mind to the amazing might of your creative imagination.
Hong Kong, Macau Part 2
Posted by: | CommentsAfter we left Taiwan, we landed in Hong Kong for the weekend.
I have been to Hong Kong countless times and this time, we decided to go for a short 1 day trip to Macau.
It took us 1 hour to reach Macau by ferry.
When we landed we took the free shuttle bus to Venetian casino.
Taiwan, Jay Chou Part 1
Posted by: | CommentsToday is the 3th day of Chinese Lunar New Year. If you don’t know, Lunar New Year is one of the most important Chinese holiday in our calender.
This is the time where families and relatives come together and celebrate the new year.
I had a great time catching up with my relatives friends yesterday and since I have some spare time today. I decided to post my recently 10 days holiday photo.
I left Singapore 2 weeks ago on the 15th of Jan and when me and my girlfriend touched down in Taipei (Taiwan) we didn’t expect it to be so cold.
And the worst part is, my check-in luggage didn’t travel in the same plane as me.
This is the first time that I experience this and I was wondering will this turn out to be the worst holiday I ever have?
Best Speaker Award – Secrets To Selling Well
Posted by: | CommentsI was invited to speak at a seminar two weekend ago. And I was still surprised to see so many local Singaporeans attended.
As you know, Singapore is a very small country. But seeing so many people turn up proves that the market for the “Make Money Online” niche is still new and the demand for knowledge in this industry is still growing.
When it was my turn to take the stage, I swear that I could see the enthusiasm burning in the eyes of the audiences. These people were eager to learn and that motivated me to give my all.
And I shared with them some of my best secrets of making money on the internet. When the presentation was over, a huge group in the audience came forward to thank me for sharing so many tips with them.
One lady even said that I gave more tips than some of the courses she brought online and she had learnt a lot. It was really flattering.
It made me feel really good knowing that I have touched someone’s life. After speaking for 2 days, I was feeling a little listless on the third day and decided to head back early.
But the event organizer asked me to stay until they gave out the Best Speaker Award.
The audience gets to vote for their favorite speaker and the one with the most number of votes wins. So I waited patiently in my seat while the next speaker delivered his presentation… I think I must dozed off.
Because I was awoken by surprised by the loud applause by the audience.
Everyone was looking at me smiling, as they cheered wildly!
I had totally no idea what was going on! Then the organizer said, “Jaz, you’ve won the Best Speaker Award”. I was dumbfounded.
