1) You are responsible for customer service. Jaz Lai & JazLai.com will not be responsible for the lack or failure of their reseller’s customer service, as the business dealings are between the reseller and his or her direct customer.

9) This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Singapore court for this purpose.
